Ingredients:
Whole Almonds – 100 gms
Oats – 90 gms
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds – 60 gms
Roasted Flaxseed – 1 tbsp
Protein Powder – 2 tbsp
Honey – 80 gms
Almond Butter – 70 gms
Sea Salt – 1/4 tsp
Chia Seed – 1 tbsp

Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for min. 45 mins and then cut into even rectangular bars. Stack with parchment paper in between for a week in an air tight container.
