Hi, Y’all!

Today’s video is a little compi lation of the healthy meals and habits getting me through quarantine right now. I’ve been spending a lot of time cooking and have found it very therapeutic so I take you through what I eat in a day, from a quick smoothie recipe for breakfast to a cozy ramen recipe for dinner. All of these meals are vegan and vegetarian friendly. I have also found a number of other mindfulness habits such as meditating to be helpful so I share some of those tips as well. I want this to be more than what I eat in a day and also encompass the healthy habits that help my mental health and overall feed my soul as well as my body! I know it is a difficult time right now and my heart goes out to everyone affected by this crisis, I hope you find some of these recipes and practices helpful and that they may provide a moment of peace.
