HEALTHY FLAPJACKS :

INGREDIENTS:
3 large bananas
175g dates chopped
180g oats
75g melted butter
1 tsp ground cinnamon
handfull of dark chocolate (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 180c/Gas 4

Mash the bananas in a bowl ,
Stir in everything else, mix it all up and let stand for about 15 minutes.

Grease an 8″ square baking tray.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Take out of the oven & let cool and then enjoy 🙂

OVERNIGHT OATS :

INGREDIENTS
– 1/2 cup rolled out Oats
– 1/4 cup Lowfat, plain Greek Yogurt
– 1/4 cup Milk
– 1 T Chia Seeds , walnuts , coconut flakes , honey !

CHIA PUDDING :

• 2 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1/2 cup milk or milk of choice
• 1 teaspoon honey or other sweetener, optional
• Strawberries or other fruits for topping
Instructions
1. Pour ingredients into a jar and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again very well until you see no clumping.
2. Cover the jar and store in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
3. When you’re ready to eat it, top with your favorite fruit and enjoy cold!
