POTATO SALAD (makes 2 servings)
2 small potatoes
6-8 thinly sliced carrots
6-8 thinly sliced cucumbers
salt
3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
TERIYAKI SAUSAGES (makes 2 small servings)
5 mini sausages
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
pinch of salt
DRY CURRY ONIGIRAZU (makes 1 PLUS extra Dry Curry to enjoy later)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 stub ginger, chopped
1 small piece of carrot, peeled and chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
olive oil
100grams | 1/4 pound ground meat
salt pepper
1 stick instant dashi powder (about 2 tsp)
(CURRY ROUX)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp flour
1 sheet nori
approximately 1 cup cooked Japanese rice
SALAD ONIGIRAZU (makes 1)
1 leaf romaine lettuce
5-6 sticks imitation crab
half avocado, sliced
lemon juice
(Japanese egg omelette)
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
pinch instant dashi powder
cooking oil
1 sheet nori seaweed
approximately 1 cup of cooked Japanese rice
