– 1 cup almond flour
– 1/2 cup cassava flour
– 1 tsp apple pie spice
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 2 eggs
– 1/4 cup coconut oil
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1/2 cup apple cider
– 1/4 maple syrup
350F 20 minutes

Cinnamon Sugar Topping
– 3 tbsp coconut sugar
– 1 tsp cinnamon
