Delicious low carb pancakes ๐Ÿฅž
I love making this recipe of pancakes, guilt free. they taste absolutely delicious and very satustifying. They are loaded in protein with almost no carbs. I top them with butter for added flavor and fat for a more satisfying meal. I am not going to lie. I sometimes make them for dinner as well ๐Ÿ˜‹

The secretni think is the yogurt, it gives them the fluffy texture we all love in pancakes.

It feels like a real treat eveytime for a satisfying meal that fits my eating style and my weight loss journey.

I have made this recipe so many times that I do not need to measure the ingredients anymore, I just know what consistency the batter has to be and it is a no fail every time, guaranteed.

For people not interested in a low carb pancake, just substitute the Stevia with actual granulated sugar and the almond flour with regular all purpose or whole flour.

The same great results is guaranteed. I initially used to make the recipe with regular sugar and flour and since I loved it so much, I did not want to deprive myself while trying to lose weight, so I changed the 2 carb heavy ingredients for ones that work better with my eating style. The pancakes came out just as good, if not better!

I jnkw that a lot of people will criticize the use of Stevia, I only use a little bit, and it can be omitted if you prefer to do so. The same applies to the zero carb vanilla yogurt. I personally do not have an issue using these products that is why I am sharing with you my recipe. I hope you give it a try, as I am sure you will not regret it.
