2.5 Onion Diced
3 Tomatoes Diced
4 Chillies Chopped
Bunch of Corriander Chopped
3-4 Garlic Cloves
Some Ginger
3 Tbsp Tomato Puree
3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil / Fry Light
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
0.5 Tbsp Garam Masala
0.5 Tbsp Tumeric Powder
0.5 Tbsp Corriander Powder
1-1.5 Cups Tap Water
