Healthy Tomato Pizza
Ingredients
1 cup brown rice
1/4 urad dal
water
2 tomato
1 inch ginger
2 green chilli
2 tsp salt
oil
Procedure
1.Take a bowl add 1 cup brown rice and 1/2 cup urad dal, add water and soak over night.
2.Add 2 tomato, ginger and green chili with soaked rice and dal and blend into fine paste.
3.Remove in a bowl add 2 tsp salt mix well and rest for 2 hrs.
4.Heat a tava on high flame add dosa batter and cook on high flame until it cook golden brown and release from sides
5.Plate and serve
