It’s not easy to find sourdough bread nearby
so I start to make my own sourdough bread this month
raised sourdough starter is quite fun and not so easy
but it’s totally worth to make my own bread.
Here I made 4 dishes of open-faced sandwich for brunch
In Australia, most cafe serve this kind of sandwich for customers.
crunchy texture is really good to create so many recipes.
I made tuna mayo, marshmallow chocolate, shrimp avocado and creamy sweet potato.
