INGREDIENTS:
WHEAT FLOUR – 1 CUP
JAGGERY – 1/2CUP
GRATED COCONUT – 5TBSP
CARDAMOM – 2
BAKING SODA – I PINCH
GHEE – 1 TBSP
wheat sweet Paniyaram is an easy snack prepared by easily available household ingredients.The main ingredient in this snack is wheatflour.wheat flour may be a good source of iron, thiamine, niacin, calcium, and vitamin B6. I use jaggery in this recipe it gives awesome taste to this snack.The coconut and cardamom which is roasted in the ghee gives good aroma and it tastes awesome.
