Egg& Veggie Club Sandwich
Ingredients:
– Cabbage 2 cup
– Boiled Carrot 1/2 cup
– 6 Boiled Eggs
– 6 Boiled potatoes
– Black Pepper (according to taste)
– Salt (according to taste)
– Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
– 15 whole-wheat bread slices
Method:
First of all properly mashed all boil ingredients. Then put all ingredients in a bowl and mix them well. Now Egg and veggie spread is ready to apply on bread slices. Apply the spread on one side of the slice.
Serving Suggestions:
Fried potato chips.
