Quick and easy homemade dressings are much healthier choices for topping your salads. Stay with me till the end!

Ingredients:
1/4 C extra virgin olive oil
1/4 /C of fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
2 fresh and/or roasted garlic (smashed and chopped)
1 T of Dijon mustard
1 T maple syrup or honey
1 tsp of anchovies or baked dulse
A pinch of salt and pepper
Toasted sesame seeds (instead of bread crumbs)
Top with Parmesan or goat cheese

Place ingredients in a glass jar. Shake and drizzle over chopped romaine lettuce. Top with sesame seeds and cheese.
