Raw Mango : One Big Size
Kashmiri Chilli Flakes – 1 Table Spoon
Damerara (Brown Colour) Sugar – 1. 5 Table Spoon.
Sliced Onion – One Medium Size
Roasted Peanuts – 3 Table Spoon
Chopped Spring Onion Leaves – 2 Table Spoon
Fish Sauce – 2 Table Spoon

For Vegetarians :
Use Tamarind pulp Or Lemon Juice To Replace Fish Sauce With Same Quantity.

Tip : It Tastes Very Good If You Add Some Dry Shrimps In It.
