Ingredients

1. Red Spinach
2. Onion (1 medium size)
3. Mashed Potatoes (2 large size)
4. Ginger
5. Garlic
6. Green chilly
7. Turmeric powder
8. Chilly powder
9. Pepper powder
10. Garam Masala
11. Salt to taste
12. Oil
13. Rice Flour
14. Bread crumbs

Method of Cooking

Cook potatoes with salt, mash well and keep aside.
In a kadai saute onion, green chilly, ginger and garlic till the rawness goes add salt to fasten the process, further add the powdered spices and saute well. Then add chopped spinach and mix well for two minutes, after that add mashed potatoes mix well check the salt if required add more.Add 2 tablespoon of rice flour for crispiness (this is optional) mix well and keep aside for the mixture to cool down.
While the mixture is cooling down we can prep the batter to dip the patties using 1/4 cup of rice flour with pinch of salt and water, once the mixture is cooled make cutlets and dip in the batter then dust in bread crumbs and fry. Keep the flame in medium and cook till both sides are golden brown.Healthy yummy crunchy spinach snack is ready to serve.
