Ingredients :
Rava / Suji 2 cups
Sugar 1/2 cups
Saunf popwder 2 spoons
Ghee
Procedure :
Make a soft dough of rava with warm water and saunf powder . Keep aside for 20 mins . The dough become tight because suji absorbs water . Roll the dough and cut it in your desired shape . Fry in ghee in low to medium heat . Make a sugar syrup with half cup sugar and 2 cups water. soak the mithaies in sugar syrup .
