In today’s video, we will learn how to make healthy & tummy filling recipe “Walnut & Dates Milkshake”. It can be one of the easiest, time-saving breakfast recipe in a busy working day. Kids would love the taste of it, particularly when they are back from school and are hungry or going out for a game. In summertime, you may also serve it chilled.
Let’s get started with the recipe.
I am preparing this milkshake for 3 people.
Take a mixer jar. Add few walnuts, seedless dates, pealed & chopped banana pieces, 2 to 3 tsp of honey. Also, I am adding 200 ml of boiled and chilled milk.
Blend them well. Serve with coarsely chopped nuts of your choice.
