Heya it s me again!

This time I am bringing you guys a quick & healthy breakfast ideas video! Breakfast is for sure my favourite meal of the day and I always make sure that I feed my tummy well in the morning.

I include 5 go-to high protein recipes in this video. Like I mentioned I am currently looking at increase my muscle mass so I would pay close attention to my protein intake in each meal. If you are focused more on the weight loss these ideas could serve you as well!

Each meals are super easy to make (less than 10mins I swear) and the ingredients are pretty minimal. I am certainly not someone who would want to gather 10 things just cooking breakfast. Comment down below if you are thinking to try any of the recipes!
