Tabouli salad or Tabbouleh is a simple Middle Eastern salad made with finely chopped vegetables, lots of fresh parsley and refreshing flavours of lime juice and olive oil. It is mainly made with bulgur but I have substituted it with gluten free quinoa. Watch the video and see how easy it is to make!!
Full ingredient list
1/2 cup Quinoa
1 cup water
1 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
salt to taste
2 bunches English parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onione
3 tablespoon fresh mint roughly chopped
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice1/8 tsp black pepper powder
3-4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
