BOMBAY SANDWICH
Ingredients:
4 bread slices
2 cheese slices
1 large onion, sliced
1 large tomato, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1 large potato, sliced
2 tbsp pudina chutney
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
½ cup sev
½ cup butter
2 tbsp chaat masala
2 tbsp black pepper powder
Method:
1. Take 2 slices of bread, spread butter evenly over both the slices.
2. Spread about 1 tbsp tomato ketchup over 1 slice and pudina chutney over the other
3. Arrange sliced cucumber and onion, sprinkle some chaat masala over it
4. Over this place some slices tomatoes and potatoes. Sprinkle little chaat masala and black pepper powder over this.
5. Place a cheese slice over the veggies and close the sandwich with the other slice
6. Add some butter to a pan, once it melts, toast the sandwich on both sides for about 3-5 mins
7. Slice the sandwich in half and sprinkle some sev
8. Serve with some ketchup and chips on the side!
