This healthy cottage cheese n wheat spaghetti salad will make ur taste buds pop..Try it
Ingredients
1: Half packet of whole-grain spaghetti/pasta(don’t use refined spaghetti)
2: 15-20 cubes of Cottage cheese ie paneer)/tofu
3: Half cup mixed vegetables like capsicum, carrots, corns, broccoli etc)
4: Half cup sliced mushrooms/Chickpeas/kidney beans
5: Half cup Cabbage
6: 3tbsp Greek yogurt (do not use full fat yogurt)
7: 1 diced jalapeños (optional)
8: Hand full of mint n parsley/cilantro
9: Few sliced olives
10: lemon juice from half lemon
11: 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
Spices Needed
1: 1tsp red chilli powder
2: 1tsp chilli flakes
3: 1tsp oregano
4:1tsp black pepper powder
5: 1tsp garam masala powder
6: 1tsp Himalayan rock salt
