Ingredients :
1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 table spoon baking powder
1/2 tea spoon baking soda
2 to 3 Table spoon of cold milk
Add the ghee in to the mixing bowl followed by the powdered sugar ,mix them well for 2 minutes,then add the wheat flour ,baking powder ,baking soda
mix them and make in to crumble texture and then add the cold milk to the flour mixture little at a time and make in to a soft dough .
Keep the dough on the parchment paper or any notstick paper and roll it ,make it flatten ,cut it into a desirable shape .
transfer them in to a baking try or plate and bake it in a preheated pot or preheated OTG or oven (10 minutes to 15 minutes) at 350 F or 180 C and bake it for 12 – 15 mins.
yummy buscuits are ready after 15 minutes cools down .
