❁ Recipes
⓵ Golden Milk
1 cup milk
2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Maple
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Mix all ingredients in pot or froather

⓶ PRO Colada Smoothie
1 Banana (put in freezer so you can skip on ice)
1/3 cup Pineapple, frozen as well
1/2 scoop Vegan Protein Powder
1/4 cup Coconut Milk
1/4 cup Coconut Water
Pinch of Hemp Hearts

Blend all until as smooth as desired

⓷ Green Dream
2 tsp Matcha
1 tbsp Coconut or Ginger Nectar
1 cup Milk

Sift matcha.
Add a little boiling water and whisk until foamy bubbles appear – about 20 seconds.
Heat or froth milk and add or fill cup with water
