Recipe to make :
 INGREDIENTS :
Broccoli (diced)
Mushroom (thin sliced)
Carrot (diced)
Beans (chopped)
Capsicum (diced)
Onion (chopped)
Garlic (2-3 piece, finely chopped)
Ginger (a inch, finely chopped)
Olive oil (1 teaspoon)
Black Pepper (for taste)
Salt (for taste)
Oregano (for taste)
Milk (1 tablespoon)
Water (300 ml)
Soya sauce (just half teaspoon, for color) (optional, can be avoided)
Butter (optional)
Tip: If you are a non-vegetarian, go ahead with 100 gms of sauted chicken, and you can cook the same recipe in chicken stock instead of water. We have tried this as well, and trust us it is again undoubtedly amazing.
PS: Make sure to avoid cornstarch, cream and ajinomoto (china salt). It’s a strict no no, back to basics, we have to make it a healthy soup, remember? 😉
PROCEDURE
1.Take a pan. Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil.
2. Add chopped ginger and garlic.
3. Saute the vegetables, in order onion, capsicum, carrot, broccoli, beans, mushroom. You may go ahead and add your choice of vegetables. But make sure, you add low starch veggies.
4. Add salt to taste, freshly grounded pepper, oregano and soya sauce. Saute it, let the flavors soak in for a min.
5. Add water, let it boil for a min or two. Add one teaspoon of milk, the moment the color changes, our soup is ready to serve with a little butter on the top.
