Ingredients of Banana Pancake Recipe:

– 2 ripe bananas
– 1 tbs sugar
– 3/4 cup milk
– 1 cup plain flour
– 1/2 cup wheat flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 2 tbs oil

Method of Banana Pancake Recipe:

– In a blending jar add bananas, sugar & cup milk. Blend well & keep aside.
– In a mixing bowl add plain flour, wheat flour, baking powder, salt & cardamom powder. Mix everything well. Add the banana milk mixture gradually & make a medium consistency batter. Make sure there is no lumps in the batter. Leave it for 10 mins.
– Heat a tawa & grease with some oil. Pour 1 spoon of batter & cook for 1 minute on medium flame. Flip it & cook the other side for 1 minute. Take out in a plate & make all the pancakes in this way.
– Your Banana Pancake is ready to serve. Serve with honey or jam or butter.
