Your baby can start to eat apple and carrot from 6 months old in the form of puree (cooked and pureed form of apple and carrot). Apple has strong antioxidant properties, rich in fiber, and soothes their digestive system. Carrots because of their strong flavor, are a good cover for foods your baby might not otherwise consume.
