Recipe Description:
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cup of Rolled Oats
1 and 1/2 cup of dried dates-pitted and chopped
1/2 Cup of Sesame Seeds
1/4 Cup of Hot Water
Method:
1.Preheat oven to 180C
2.Soak Dates in hot water for 10 minutes
3.Blend dates and water mix in a blender
4.Add Sesame Seeds and 1 and 1/4 oats to the date mix and blend to a smooth paste
5. Add remaining Oats and combine well
6. Make little dough balls and flatten with fork (or) Transfer to a plate,flatten dough and use cutters
7. Transfer cut cookies to a oven tray lined with baking sheet
8. Bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes
9. Let them cool completely after
Enjoy Soft and Chewy Cookies that are very healthy
