Raw rice – 1 cup
Red Chilli – 2nos
Ginger – for taste
Curry leaves – hand full
Pepper seeds -half spoon
Jeera – half spoon
Salt – (as required)
The above ingredients are for 4 nos to serve. Vary the ingredients based on the count your preparing
