In this video, I have shown how to make a simple vegetarian easy lunch. Mushroom briyani, brinjal kosthu, cabbage bonda make this lunch a well-balanced meal. Given below are the ingredients of this Lunch recipe.
For Mushroom briyani:
oil- 3tbsp
Crushed masala spices- 1tbsp
Cardamom- 1
Bay leaf- 1
cloves – 2
Cinnamon stick- 1/2
Onion- 1
Tomato- 2
coriander and mint leaves
Green chili- 3( increase or reduce as req)
GG paste- 1tbsp
Mushroom as req
turmeric- 1tsp
Red chili pow- 1tbsp
Coriander pow- 1/2 tbsp
Pepper pow- 1/2 tbsp
Briyani masala- 1tbsp
Basmati rice- 2 cup
Salt as req
For Brinjal Kosthu:
Oil- 3tbsp
Crushed masala spices- 1tbsp
Onion- 1
Tomato-1
Green chili- 2
Brinjal – 4
Turmeric- 1tsp
Chili pow- 2tsp
Coriander pow- 2tbsp
pepper pow- 1/2tbsp
Coconut milk – 1/4 cup
Salt as req
For tempering:
mustard seeds- 1tsp
jeera- 1tsp
red chillis- 3
curry leaves
For Cabbage Bonda;
Cabbage- 2cups
Onion- 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves and green chili- 1
Gram flour- 3tbsp
Maida- 2tbsp
Corn flour- 2tbsp
Salt as req
Oil- 1tbsp
Red chili pow- 1tsp
Asfoedita- 2 to 3 pinch
