Healthy and Nutritious Beans Mizhikkuvaratti
It’s a very easy yet nutritious recipe that my granny used to make. I have never had the opportunity to eat it made from her hands but at least the knowledge was passed on and hence decided to give it a try.
Since this recipe is slow cooked in oil, it’s not only tasty but also very nutritious.

Beans – 200 gms
Onion – 1 (chopped)
