What is going on, everyone? BACK at it again with another video! Watch closely for some low calorie, high protein, delicious recipes.

I make these meals almost every day because they’re filling, satiating, easy, and taste great. Dieting does not have to be difficult if you know how to make enjoyable foods that still taste great.

As you saw, I had two low-calorie meals during the day, so that I had a large chunk of calories to allocate later on to the brownies. I’m still hitting my macros and protein target while incorporating flexibility. THIS IS THE KEY TO DIETING!
