Sprouts – 1 cup
Black Chickpea Sprouts – 1/2 cup
RED Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Orange – 1/2 cup
Green Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Grated Carrot – 1/2 cup
Dates – 1/4 cup
Roasted peanuts – 1/2 cup
Black Grapes – 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds – 1/4 cup
Pomegranate – 1/2 cup
Apple – 1/2 cup
jalapeno -1
pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
Ghee – 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida
Salt
Curry leaves powder – 1 tsp (optional)
Sesame Dressing (Honey with Sesame seeds)
