Hi Friends.. In today’s video, we are going to make healthy vegetable upma recipe and that too with semiya and suji mix. It is a heathy recipe which can be taken in breakfast. Also, we will be adding lots of vegetables to it to make it a balanced diet recipe.

The ingredients required for this recipe are:

– 1/2 cup suji
-1/2 cup semiya
– 1 cup vegetables (beans, carrot, beetroot)
– 1 tbsp oil
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp red chilli powder
– 1 green chilli
– 1 tsp mustard seeds
– Few curry leaves
– 1.5 glass water
