Quinoa patties/tikka/snacks
Super healthy. Protein rich
Ingredients:
Quinoa 2cups (it will make around 30 balls)
Paneer grated 1cup
Onion 1 ( cut into small pieces)
Grated cabage 2tsp,Galicia ginger crushef
Grated carrot 1/2 cup
Peas 2 tsp (mash it)
Besan 3 spoons
Cumin, corriander and chat masala
Salt
egg 2(optional)
Method :
Wash quinoa properly, boil it propeely then strain the excess water. Keep the quinoa in a big bowl.
Prepare all the above ingredients.mixed all these in boiled quinoa.mix it properly.then make tikka balls.fry it in two spoon of oil.
Serve with chutney
