Make this low fat and low sugar (only 1 TBSP!!!) banana bread and feel better eating it! It’s naturally sweet with dates and dark chocolate adds a depth of flavour.
Recipe:
2 mashed bananas
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
5 tbsp olive oil (or vegetable oil of choice)
2 eggs
1 tbsp lemon juice
Handful of dates (about 5)
30 g dark chocolate
