Make breakfast for the WEEK with me! Macro breakdown and recipe at the end of the video!
This week I am making a quick and easy egg frittata with ground turkey (breakfast sausage spices… forgot to say that in the video!), spinach, eggs & egg whites, and tomatoes. I also did a side of breakfast potatoes.
I use an app called Macrostax to track the amount of protein, carbs and fats that I eat. You can also use MyFittness Pal or another food tracking app. This helps me with weight loss, energy and building muscle!
