Sandwich needs no introduction and grilled sandwiches are the most favorite amongst foodies. In this sandwich recipe of ours, we have used jackfruit as the filling which is a perfect substitute for pulled meat sandwiches and a healthy recipe too. We have used ripe jackfruit arils to prepare the fillings whereas the conventional recipes are mostly prepared using an unripe jackfruit. With the cheese and Mayo removed from the ingredients, it is perfect for #vegan diet as well. We can also customize the toppings to suit our taste balancing the condiments as required.
