Gotta admit I made these little babies earlier on in Circuit Breaker when McDonald’s in Singapore was closed – only because I had some intense Spicy Nuggets cravings lol. Funny how the brain works right like when you can’t get something, you want it even more.
So of course, I had to do it myself, right? I was researching online on how to make chicken nuggets healthy-er without really compromising on the texture of it. In my mind, I wanted it healthy but still, I don’t mind having it coated with some breadcrumbs for the carbs.

They say eating healthy in Asia is nearly impossible. It’s expensive, fresh foods are difficult to get, and really – why eat healthy when we can have all this delicious and cheap street food around us.
But I want to turn that around.
