These no-bake energy bites are full of healthy ingredients! The ingredients include peanut butter, chia seeds, flax seeds, chocolate chips, vanilla, oats, and honey!

I wanted to make this recipe for one main reason. I know that I am a huge snacker, and I wanted to be able to have a healthy snack alternative option to choose when I go to find a snack! Having these easily accessible and on hand make for a great healthy snack!

This snack is also a great meal prep recipe! The snack is easy to make and will last for about a week in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer.

No-Bake Energy Bites Recipe:
1 cup old-fashioned oats
2/3 cup toasted shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)(optional)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (or vegan chocolate chips)
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Chill in the Fridge for 1-2 hours and then roll into balls!
These bites can be stored in the fridge for a week or in the freezer for 3 months.
