Ingredients –
Leftover rice, Cooked rice -1 cup
Ginger Garlic paste -1 tbsp
Kosuri methi -1 tsp ( fenugreek leaves )
Salt to taste
Rice flour – 1/2 cup
Mustard -1 tsp
Curry leaves
Chat masala -1 tsp
Dry red chilli flacks
Chopped mint leaves
Procedure –
Take leftover rice in a jar add water -2 tbsp and make a fine paste
Take a big ball and pour the paste
Add g g paste, kosuri, salt and rice flour
Grease hands and knead it until smooth
dough
Make small balls off the dough
Take a pan add water 2 & 1/2 cup of water
And place steamer when water is boiling add rice pop and close lis and let it cook for -6 mins
After -6 mins take pan add oil ,mustard ,chat masala, curry leaves ans salt
Add rice pops and mix well
Add mint leaves and chilli flacks and mix well serve with samber and coconut sauce
