In this video, we make one of our favourite salty snacks, a soft pretzel! This is another easy, quick recipe that can satisfy those salty, savoury, late night cravings that we all get. Packed with protein and full of flavour, you won’t want to miss out on trying this recipe!

INGREDIENTS
200g of all purpose flour
40g of coconut flour
320g of greek yogurt
10g of garlic powder
1 egg
Kosher salt, pepper, herb blend and any other seasons of your choosing

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Whisk together dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients. Mix together with a fork or spatula. When a ball formation is somewhat created, place onto a flour-covered surface and knead the dough until a smooth ball is formed.
Roll dough out into a long, log shape and then form your pretzel or cut the dough into as many pieces as you like and create multiple pretzels.
Place pretzel(s) onto a sprayed piece of parchment paper on a pan.
Beat an egg and use a brush to egg wash the dough, then sprinkle with kosher salt.
Place in oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
