INGREDIENTS:
1) 2-3 cups Methi Leaves (washed and chopped)
2) 1 cups Wholewheat Flour
3) Water as per requirement
4) 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
5) 1/2 tsp chat masala
6) 1/2 inch ginger
7) 5 to 6 garlic
8) 5 to 6 Chilies
9) 1 tsp Oil
10) Salt as required
11) Oil or Ghee for cooking the Paratha – Optional

RECIPE:
-Mix Methi leaves, Cumin seeds, Chat masala, ginger, garlic, chilies, lemon and grind it to thick paste.
-Add wheat flour, Besan flour, and then paste in one plate and begin to knead, adding water little by little to make a soft pliable dough.
-Let it soak for at least 10 minutes.
-Divide the dough into small balls and roll into parathas.
-Cook on heated tava till it turn golden brown from both the sides.
-You can add Ghee or butter but it is completely optional.

WEIGHT LOSS TIPS:
Methi is a good source of soluble fibre and is excellent for digestion.
Methi leaves or fenugreek leaves are a storehouse of health benefits too.
It only has 120 Good calories so you can definitely eat 3 paratas for breakfast with lunch.
