Vegetable Noodles Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
Rainbow Salad:
Cucumber/Kheera (1/2 cup)
Onion/Pyaaz (1/2 cup)
Tomato/Tamatar (1/2 cup)
Carrot/Gajar (1/2 cup)
Sweet Corn (1/2 cup)
Red Beans/Lobiya (3-4 tbs)
Coriander/Dhania
Olive oil (1 tbs)
Salt/Namak (1/2 tsp)
Black Pepper/Kali Mirch (1 tsp)
Lemon Juice/Nimbu Ras
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix it well.
Serve.

Salad Sauce:
Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
Salt/Namak (1 tsp)
Black Pepper/Kali Mirch (1 tsp)
Sugar/Cheeni (1 tbs)
Directions:
Mix all the above ingredients.
Set aside.

2 Boiled Egg/Ublay hoey anday
Boiled Macroni (1 cup)
Boiled Potato/Ublay hoey Aaloo (1/2 cup)
Cabbage/Band Gobhi (1/2 cup)
Boiled Chickpeas/Channay (1 cup)
DIRECTIONS:
Add all the ingredients in bowl.
Add prepared sauce in it.
Mix it well.
Serve.
