WRITTEN RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
• pink beans (desi lobia) (pre soaked 2 hours) 1/2 kg
• salt as per taste
• water according to need (in order to boil beans)
• ketchup 2 tbsp
• chili sauce /hot sauce 1 tbsp
• Chat masala 1 tbsp or as per taste
• Add tomato 1 medium (chopped)
• Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
• Green chilies 2 (chopped)
• onion 1 medium (chopped)
METHOD:
• In a pot add pink beans(desi lobia) (pre soaked 2 hours) 1/2 kg
• Add salt as per taste and water according to need (in order to boil beans)
• Cover and cook until done, then strain the excess water
• In a large bowl add boiled pink beans, ketchup 2 tbsp, chili sauce /hot sauce 1 tbsp, Lemon juice of 1 lemon / 2 tbsp, Chat masala 1 tbsp or as per taste
• Mix well
• Add tomato 1 medium (chopped), Fresh coriander 2 tbsp, Green chilies 2 (chopped), onion 1 medium (chopped)
• Give it a good mix TADA SALAD IS READY
• NOTE: You can taste and adjust the spices as you like
