Best Protein Brownies Recipe – The Easy, Healthy Way!
Today is going to be a great day because we’re going to be making the best brownie bites. This is going to be a new family favorite because I’m going to teach you how to enhance it with protein and fiber. Yes, that’s the key to keep in our gut and our brain healthy and working for us.
Here are the protein brownie recipe ingredients you will need:
Coconut oil spray
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
3 eggs
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 scoops GBS Protein
1 scoop GBX SeedFiber
1/2 cup all-natural mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a nonstick mini muffin tin with coconut oil. Dust with 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder.
2. In a large bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, coconut oil, eggs, honey or stevia, vanilla extract, protein and GBX SeedFiber. Stir until well mixed, fold in chocolate chips.
3. Spoon batter into prepared mini muffin tin.
4. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or just until center of brownies springs back when touched lightly.
5. Remove from oven, cool slightly before gently twisting brownies from pan.
