Paneer Sandwich Recipe:
Paneer Sandwich is a simple recipe made with Grated Paneer, Tomato & Capsicum which can be made in just 15 mins. A Quick and easy go toasted/grilled sandwich recipe prepared with just 3 ingredients available in every household.
Indian cottage cheese aka Paneer with veggies and stuffed in sandwich. This sandwich is so delicious, healthy and is free from sauces, chutney or cheese. This sandwich can be easily made on tawa or grill, toaster or oven.
There is no need to cook the stuffing mixture and it is handy to make even on busy mornings.
An ideal healthy kids lunch box recipe which can also be served as snack and breakfast.

Ingredients:
Paneer – 1 Cup, Grated
Tomato – ½ Cup, Finely chopped (Remove seeds)
Capsicum/Bell Peppers – ½ Cup, Finely Chopped
Black Pepper – ¼ Teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Bread slices – 8 Slices
Butter – To spread on Bread
How to Make:
– In a bowl, add grated paneer, finely chopped tomato and capsicum
– Add pepper powder and salt as required
– Give a gentle mix, till it’s combined well
– Now take 2 bread slices and place the mixture on one slice and spread evenly
– Cover with the other slice and Spread butter on both the outer sides of bread, for a crispy and golden sandwich
– You can toast it on tawa or grill it in sandwich maker till the bread turns to golden brown
– Now, Cut the bread into half and serve it hot! Serves 4 to 5 Sandwich
– Paneer Sandwich is Ready to Serve!
Note:
– Avoid Green chilli if you are making for kids
– Remove the seeds from Tomato, as the mixture might get watery
