I recreated my 7700kcal Cheat Day with low calorie high volume recipes. I ate the same meals but with completely different nutritional values. I was able to reduce the total calories to only 2325kcal which is a normal amount of calories for me.
I still won’t eat like this every day because preparing everything takes a lot of time… but I thought it was an interesting experiment.

3:10 (10g cocoa powder, 15g cornstarch, 150ml milk, 250ml water)
cookie dough(182kcal per serving):
1:20 (120g chickpeas, 100g nonfat greek yogurt, artificial sweetener, 20g chocolate)
