Oats – 1 bowl
All purpose flour – 3tbsp
Potatoes – 4 m boiled
Bell pepper – 1/2
Carrot – 1/2
Peas – 8,10 pieces
Cumin powder – 1tsp
Garam masala – 1tsp
Chat masala – 1/2 tsp
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
water – 1 glass
