Low calorie meals and fat loss go together like coffee and cream. They are essential to make a fat loss easier and more sustainable. I don’t use these low calorie meals every single meal but when thinking about fat loss we have to have these tools in our tool belt to pull out if we have a bad day in terms of nutrition. Low calorie meals can tend to be bland but by adding herbs and spices you can make this calorie friend meals interesting and enjoyable.
As of this video my fat loss phase is going really well, I am weighing 86.7kg which is a 2.2kg drop from last week, 4.85lbs if your a weirdo.
