Easy Mediterranean Fattoush Salad.

Servings: 4 persons

Ingredients:

Capsicum ½ cup
Lettuce leaves 1 cup
Cucumber 1 cup
Tomatoes 1 cup
Parsley ½ cup
Mint ½ cup
For dressing:
Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
Olive oil ¼ cup
Sumac powder ½ tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Black pepper 1 tsp.

Directions:

Chop vegetables in dice.
Mix all vegetable in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, sumac powder, salt and
black pepper.
Pour dressing in mixed vegetables.
Take tortilla bread, drizzle some olive oil and salt and put in an oven at 180 C for 10 minutes.
Add tortilla crackers in salad and mix it well.
Serve with any dish or eat on its own.
