1.upma rava (200grm)
2.onions (1 medium size)
3.green chillies(4-5 chopp them)
4.oil (3-4 tsp)
5.jeera (1/2 tsp)
6.urad dal (1 tsp)
7.chana dal( 1 tsp)
8.water (one & half glass)
9.rock salt(1 tsp)
